SMT Game

In the near-future world of SMT Game, a player-named protagonist lives in Tokyo. An American nuclear strike is ordered on Tokyo after an accidental portal to the demon realm is seized by Gotou, a military general who believes he can control demons, or a scientist named Steven who opens the portal. The protagonist, two other supporting characters, and thirty years later, learns that Earth has been ruined by demon invasion, which has now become a battlefield between the Order of Messiah and the Ring of Gaia, warring sects seeking to establish realms for their respective divinities.
